An abstract ink drawing composed of vigorous black lines and splatters across a pale ground, this work builds an intense, tangled density at the center that gradually thins toward the edges. The marks suggest scratching, scraping, or frantic notation, evoking motion, tension, and noise. Framed with a wide white mat and simple black frame, the chaotic core is given a calm, minimal context that highlights the contrast between emptiness and energetic mark-making.

Iuri Shubladze is a New York-based fashion designer and artist. He graduated from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology with degrees in International Fashion Design. He has also studied fashion design at the Institute of Polytechniccal de Milano in Milan, Italy.
Iuri is first and foremost an artist. He starts with canvas and brush, creating works that are then reproduced on the fabric and leather he uses in his collections. Iuri had his first exhibit at the Agora Gallery in New York City in 2014. Expo Metro in Barcelona 2023. Expo Metro in New York 2023. His collections have been featured in Vogue Magazine, GQ, L Magazine, and London Magazine, and have appeared in fashion shows in New York, London, and Paris.
