Untitled 5

Untitled 5
“Untitled 5” presents a quiet pairing of minimal ink works, each suggesting a fleeting, indistinct form—like a shadow caught at the edge of vision. On soft, textured paper, a single dark mark hovers in the upper area of each sheet, with faint vertical traces or folds hinting at space and depth.
The two pieces mirror and respond to one another: similar yet not identical, as if the same shadow has shifted slightly over time. Their restraint—just a few strokes on near-empty ground—invites the viewer to project their own associations: a bird, a figure, a memory, or simply the presence of something unseen. Framed simply and hung as a pair, they read as quiet moments of observation, pauses where light and absence briefly take form.
